These terms explain the main conditions for booking private transfers, chauffeur services, and tours with Lanka Ride Cabs.
Lanka Ride Cabs provides private transportation and travel services in Sri Lanka. By requesting a booking, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the service respectfully and lawfully.
A request becomes a confirmed booking only after our team confirms availability and the agreed details, typically through WhatsApp or email. Please check the pickup time, location, destination, passenger count, and vehicle before confirming.
Transfer prices are confirmed with the booking and are intended to be transparent. Standard airport transfers generally do not require a deposit. A deposit may be requested for selected multi-day tours, and card payments through an online gateway may include the stated processing fee.
Airport transfers may be cancelled up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund or without penalty. Booking details may be changed up to 12 hours before the journey by contacting the team. If a flight is cancelled, please tell us immediately so we can cancel or reschedule the service.
We aim to provide a professional, comfortable service with a suitable vehicle and driver. Travel times can vary with traffic, weather, road conditions, and requested stops. Please share special requirements, such as child seats or oversized luggage, when booking.
